Understanding the power and role of design, and harnessing planning and expressive skills to unfold one's own potential and that of society
Design has a notable presence and impact across all facets of society. Design's role isn't only about discovering and solving societal issues, but also extends beyond merely defining colors, shapes, creating objects or spaces. It involves fulfilling goals such as "communicating in the most optimal way", "contemplating social structures", "devising aesthetically pleasing and functional tools". These skills serve a variety of societal contexts. In the Faculty of Design, we cultivate the ability to bring plans into reality along the axes of "planning" and "expression", skillfully connecting people, events, and things, functionally interlinking them to achieve the best results.
